Carlos Hernandez

A former track and cross country athlete from Mesquite, TX, Carlos joined the US Marine Corps and actively served as a helicopter mechanic and crew member assigned to HMM-264 of the 26th Marine Air Group in Jacksonville, NC before being honorably discharged in 2005. He then went on to attain his BBA specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, from the University of North Texas and began his career in staffing soon after.

He has a range of experience having previously worked in Medical, Marketing, Technology, F&A and Green industries with a player/coach mindset to develop high performing producers while teaching them to develop long standing relationships with clients and candidates.
